Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced

¼ cup finely chopped onion

¼ cup snipped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon Olio’s Jalapeno Infused Olive Oil*

1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, salt & ground red pepper. Mix gently.
Let stand for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Yield 1-1/2 cups salsa (12 servings)
