Our gnocchi are made from 70% potato flakes, wheat flour, potato starch, 5% durum wheat semolina, rice flour, salt, and acidity regulator. It includes sorbic acid and natural flavor preservatives as well.
Rustichella d’Abruzzo Potato Gnocchi are best preserved in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
