Vermont Maple – Handcrafted Spice Blend

Rich blend of earthy spices sweetened with Vermont maple flake.

We travel to the northern Vermont countryside to source dried Maple Flake to create this unique sweet, and slightly spicy dry rub. The Maple Flake is ground to a fine powder, then mixed with toasted Garlic from California’s Napa Valley, Cumin and Mustard from India for earthy notes. Coriander for some citrus overtones. White Peppercorn for a slight bite, and freshly toasted and ground Paprika and Chipotle for some mild heat. This blend contains depths of married flavor layers, and showcases them all.
