Espresso Sugar is made with aromatic fresh-ground, fair trade espresso coffee beans (yes, this is made with real, caffeine-loaded coffee beans-you’ve been warned!), pale ivory organic cane sugar crystals. Our favorite breakfast: toast, peanut butter, coffee sugar. It’s all you need…maybe add some sliced bananas.
Other favorite uses for Espresso Sugar: sprinkle on muffins, cookies, brownies, banana bread before baking. Finish chocolate or vanilla sauces or desserts. Fine on bacon (yes!), pork dishes, in a rub.
