Starting with a base of sourced Star Anise pods and Saigon Cinnamon bark, we gently toast these spices. Then we take Fennel seed, Clove buds, and Malaysian White Peppercorns, and freshly grind them together to create a harmonious blend with distinctive sweet notes and a seductive hint of licorice.
