The flavors of Europe’s Mediterranean Basin come alive in this herb-laden blend. Containing many of the herbs and spices which highlight Italian and Greek cuisines, this blend is a great seasoning for meats, pastas, pizzas, soups, and breads. Taking a starring role in this blend are Sun Dried Tomatoes, which helps add an amazing flavor layer to this blend. We think this blend works on pretty much any food out there!

Basil, Cilantro, Fennel, Garlic, Greek Oregano, Kosher Salt, Lemon Peel, Marjoram, Onion, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Summer Savory, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Tellicherry Black Peppercorns, and Thyme.
How this blend is hand-made:
First, we slow toast the whole Fennel seeds over a fired cast-iron skillet to bring out the spice’s volatile oils. Then we freshly grind the seeds, and peppercorns until coarse, and hand-blend them together with all of the other ingredients to produce our Mediterranean Blend.
