If you’ve ever eaten authentic Mexican cuisine, you will have surely encountered Adobo. This savory blend is the perfect seasoning for dishes where you want true South of the Border flavor. We recommend using it as a dry rub, or adding it to a marinade for meats just prior to placing them on the grill.
Individually hand-blended from:
Cumin, Garlic, Kosher Salt, Mexican Oregano, Onion, Orange Peel, Tellicherry Black Peppercorns, and Turmeric.
How this blend is hand-made:
First, we slow toast the whole Cumin seeds over a fired cast-iron skillet to bring out the spice’s volatile oils. Then, we freshly grind all of the spices individually, and hand-blend them together to produce our Mexican Adobo Blend.
