Orange Ginger Sugar is an assertive blend of fresh-grated orange zest, spicy ground and crystallized ginger, pale ivory organic cane sugar crystals. Fills the senses, long finish (we know this sounds like winespeak, but it is true!), nice chewy surprises from the crystallized ginger. Top pumpkin bread, cookies, scones before baking. Scatter Orange Ginger Sugar over pistachio ice cream or cheese cake. Glaze pork, poultry, fish (salmon in particular), vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, winter squashes, parsnips).
