1 – 2.5 oz. Tipsy Peach Preserve Peach preserve made with local peaches and a splash of 100 Proof “The Knot” Irish Whiskey, giving it a caramel essence. Serve it with scones, use it as a glaze on pork chops or pour over vanilla bean ice cream.
1 – 2.5 oz. Blueberry and Cardamom Preserve Dark, rich, sweet and bursting with local, blueberry flavor. Lightly mashed for a semi-chunky texture, with a subtle finish of cardamom. Doll it up with some garlic and port to make a surprising sauce for duck. Great in yogurt or mixed with salad dressing.
