SuperSalt is a divine blend of fine grain Sicilian sea salt, garlic, and Mediterranean herbs. This flavored sea salt came from the creative mind of sommelier and wine journalist Anthony Giglio, as a remembrance of cooking with his grandmothers.
Stir it into your dishes while cooking to add a savory complexity.
Or, use as a finishing salt before serving. Sprinkle on your meats, seafood, salads, vegetables, pasta, and more.
Ingredients: Sicilian sea salt, garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary, oregano.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
