It’s excellent to use in vinaigrettes, marinades, and rich pan sauces. Or serve it over fresh grilled apricots and seasoned ricotta cheese, on top of strawberries and whipped cream, or with a rack of lamb— it’s versatile enough to use for any meal or celebration. Champagne white balsamic also pairs well with our Tuscan Herb EVOO and Basil EVOO.
