Our Nashville Hot Chicken blend starts out fiery but is tempered with some sweetness and a mustardy tang. It is great on chicken but that’s just the start of your cooking adventure. Use it to add fire to pork ribs or chicken fried steaks. Season cauliflower with this blend before roasting in a hot oven and serve it with a cooling blue cheese dip. Use to add some fire to fried chicken, popcorn seasoning, eggs, macaroni and cheese or vegetables before roasting.

Ingredients: Hudson Valley Salt, Turbinado Sugar, Chili Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Mustard, Citric Acid, Vegetable Fiber to prevent caking.
