About the Olive Oil

The expertly crafted, award-winning 100% Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil was made by Salvatore Cutrera and his family exclusively for Manicaretti. Their oil production process is defined by its detail, and the harvest is completed by hand. This oil won Gold Medal, Medium Intensity at the 2026 LA International Competition.
2025 Harvest Notes
Nocellara is as fresh as one can hope an extra virgin olive oil to be! This outstanding oil has the inviting aroma of green tomato followed by notes of ripe tomato, a pronounced herbaceousness, and ending with a long, spicy black pepper finish.
