About the Olive Oil

The expertly crafted, award-winning 100% Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil was made by Salvatore Cutrera and his family exclusively for Manicaretti. Their oil production process is defined by its detail, and the harvest is completed by hand. This oil won Best of Class, Gold Medal, Delicate Intensity at the 2022 LA International Competition.
Nocellara is as fresh as it gets for extra virgin olive oil. It originates from Chiaramonte Gulfi, Sicily. The inviting aroma of tomato leaf and green tomato is followed by a pronounced grassiness that concludes with a long, spicy, black pepper finish.
