Tonnarelli with Squid Ink

Our tonnarelli with squid ink comes from the artisanal Italian pasta line Rustichella d’Abruzzo. Celebrate the unique flavors of the sea when you serve this rich, briny pasta. To make this tonnarelli, fresh black squid ink is mixed with the durum wheat semolina and water, producing a gorgeous dark color and a light salinity that pairs perfectly with shellfish.

Tonnarelli with squid ink is best served with a spicy fish sauce but is also wonderful with simple olive oil, garlic, and chopped parsley. Top with some grated bottarga for a truly decadent dish.
