For two weeks every spring, White (Ogeche) Tupelo trees in the wetlands of the southeastern U.S. bloom with fine sunburst-shaped flowers. Honeybees collect the fine nectar from these flowers and make it into a rich, sweet honey.

Our Tupelo honey is kosher-certified, gluten-free, and distinguished by its buttery undertones and mellow, clean-finishing sweetness. It’s the gold standard by which all other honeys are measured.
