Put a little in your batter for pancakes or waffles, toss up a fabulous watercress salad and top it with a combination of Maple Balsamic and Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or use it as a glaze on grilled salmon. Wonderful on bacon, in marinades, and muffins. Great for BBQ’d ribs and veggies. For a quick appetizer or snack, coat pecans and roast at 400 degrees F., (be sure to line the pan with parchment paper). Be careful, they are addictive!! Pairs well with our Chipotle EVOO, Garlic EVOO, Sonoma Smoked EVOO and Blood Orange EVOO.
