Their oil production process is defined by its detail, and the harvest is completed by hand. This oil won Best of Class, Gold Medal, Delicate Intensity at the 2024 LA International Competition.

Nocellara is as fresh as one can hope an extra virgin olive oil to be! This outstanding oil has the inviting aroma of ripe tomato followed by notes of green tomato, a pronounced herbaceousness, and ending with a long, spicy black pepper finish.
