Raspberry Balsamic

One of the most adaptable of the flavored balsamics. It can be used alone or with several different flavored olive oils to create flavorful salad dressing combinations. Spinach salad is delicious with raspberry balsamic vinegar. Add to yogurt or ice cream or top slices of angel food cake. Brush on grilled chicken, pork and scallops. Pairs well with Persian Lime EVOO, Meyer Lemon EVOO, Blood Orange EVOO, Rosemary EVOO and Tuscan Herb EVOO.
