CHERRY GINGER SHRUB
1 oz. Tart Cherry Juice
¾ oz. Olio Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 oz. Lititz Springs Vodka

Mix cherry juice, honey ginger balsamic and vodka in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass and top with seltzer.

WINTER APPLE WARMER
3 oz. Apple Cider
1/2 oz. Olio Cranberry Orange Balsamic
1 oz. Lititz Springs Vodka

Mix apple juice, cranberry orange balsamic and vodka in a glass without ice. Stir until ingredients are well integrated. Add ice and stir once more to chill. Top with lemon peel. Grate nutmeg over top for extra fancy garnish.

BLACK WALNUT OLD FASHIONED
½ oz. Olio Black Walnut Balsamic Vinegar
1 Sugar Cube
3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 oz. Stoll & Wolfe Rye Whiskey
Luxardo Cherry for Garnish

Add sugar cube and bitters to glass, muddle to break down sugar cube. Add vinegar and rye whiskey. Stir until ingredients are fully blended. Add ice and stir once more. Garnish with Luxardo Cherry.
